Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team in Los Angeles County, CA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll work closely with our team to collect and enter data into our systems, ensuring that our information is up-to-date and reliable. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Capturing and entering data into our databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identifying and correcting errors, and bringing them to the attention of relevant parties
  • Scanning through information to identify relevant data and organizing it for entry
  • Ensuring data is backed up and secure
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
  • Handling additional duties from time to time
  • Accurately inputting data into company databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of data confidentiality principles
  • Access to reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Familiarity with database management and data analysis
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
