Job Summary

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources. You'll work closely with our team to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency, and contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations. Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, and product testing

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency, and identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with our team to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance data entry skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support
  • Familiarity with online survey tools and focus group software
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
