Responsibilities
As an experienced Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting and updating data into our company database
- Performing regular data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Generating periodic reports based on data entries and client requests
- Coordinating with different departments to resolve data discrepancies
- Assisting in the development of improved data entry processes and practices
- Providing administrative support as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
