The Role

As an experienced Data Entry Processor with careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by performing high-accuracy data entry, manual identification of forms, and classification of documents based on client requirements. You'll work on a variety of tasks, including data entry, verification, and other related duties, using established procedures and guidelines. Your strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements

  • Perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
  • Classify documents based on client's requirements
  • Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to problem solve, self-guided
  • Comply with company policies and standards
  • Work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends as needed

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Great Customer Service and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
