• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex information effectively
• Partner with senior leaders, including Chief Credit Officers and Finance LFO, to drive business outcomes and meet growth targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and risk management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, risk management, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, data-driven insights and forecasts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with risk management principles and practices
