Job Summary

We're seeking experienced data entry specialists to join our remote team, where you'll handle administrative and customer service responsibilities, including processing customer data, logging service requests, and providing basic support over call or chat. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate information flows and enhancing user satisfaction through reliable support operations.

Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist at careerzynith, your main objectives will be to:

  • Enter, update, and verify customer records in systems
  • Manage service request logs and internal documentation
  • Handle incoming calls and chats related to data issues or account inquiries
  • Follow scripts and protocols to resolve user issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with support and technical teams for issue escalation
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry, call center, or customer support roles
  • The ability to type at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in common office and data software (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls and chats
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
