Experienced Data Entry Specialist - Dental Insurance Claims Processing

We're seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote contract position. This is a 6-8 month contract with a possibility of extension, open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States (PT or MT time zones preferred). As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our dental insurance claims processing team, ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into our systems while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing
• Downloading and uploading images from a client portal to the careerzynith portal
• Ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into our systems
• Adhering to HIPAA policies and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with preferred work hours within PT or MT time zones

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Prior experience in data entry
• Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to comply with HIPAA policies and maintain data security
• Ability to work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones

Equipment and Training

As a contractor, you'll be provided with a Chromebook for work use and receive training to ensure proficiency in our systems and compliance with HIPAA policies.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $15/hour, with a possibility of extension beyond the initial contract. You'll also enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home.
