Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist – Energy/Utility Services at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in our Customer Success Team, responsible for performing data entry from various utility bill providers, following procedures and work instructions, and maintaining productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry from various utility bill providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Follow procedures and work instructions as applicable, maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to resolve customer service issues and provide timely responses to requests
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of energy/utility services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BTech, BSc, BCom, or Post-Graduate)

• Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
• Excellent English language reading and comprehension skills
• 1+ years of experience in data entry processing in the utilities/energy field
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
