Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Product Support – Work From Home Opportunity at careerzynith, you will be responsible for properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule. This will include tasks such as taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and writing reviews. You will also be required to take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly. Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use careerzynith's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, which is cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses.
Key Responsibilities
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Participate in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Use careerzynith's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) as required
Requirements
* Ability to follow specific instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability
- Good communication skills
- 18 years or older
