Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately interpreting and entering information from legal real estate documents. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transcribe key details from documents. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately interpret and enter information from legal real estate documents

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • Proactive and comfortable asking questions when necessary
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English, with proficiency in transcribing cursive handwriting
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with real estate documents or in a related field

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
