We're currently seeking two Data Entry Specialists to join our team for a 6-8 week contract, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing a substantial volume of medical evaluations, accurately inputting data into our established database, and effectively communicating with internal personnel to aid in data processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process a substantial volume of medical evaluations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Accurately input data into our established database, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics and other relevant software. - Effectively communicate with internal personnel to aid in data processing, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow. - Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to careerzynith's strict confidentiality policies. - Comprehend and interpret medical terminology within evaluations, utilizing your knowledge to accurately process data. - Execute data entry tasks with outstanding precision, meeting or exceeding productivity standards. - Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, to efficiently manage data and communicate with colleagues.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. - Exceptional accuracy in data entry assignments, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Strong typing abilities, with a minimum of 60 words per minute. - Experience in organizing files and maintaining an efficient filing system, ensuring seamless data retrieval and processing. - Excellent customer service competencies, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally via email and phone. - Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team. - Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is preferred, but not mandatory. - High school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education in a related field advantageous but not mandatory. - Previous experience in data entry, medical terminology, or a related field is highly desirable.
