Key Responsibilities:

* Provides operational support and cleans up and maintains data for basic to complex data transactions

• Maintains and transacts data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality provider data
• Develops and implements data management processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
• Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management

Essential Qualifications:

* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
