Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of careerzynith's policies, procedures, and systems

Qualifications
