Job Overview:

The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in the careerzynith team, responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by careerzynith. This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
• Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently + Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office + Typing speed of at least 50 wpm + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy + Exceptional attention to detail + Desire and ability to be a team player
