Job Summary

We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our data management processes. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Inputting various types of information into databases or software systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Maintaining data integrity and ensuring accuracy in all entries, following company guidelines and procedures for data management
  • Communicating effectively with team members as needed, providing updates and feedback on data entry tasks
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and achieving operational goals

Key Responsibilities (continued)

* Inputting customer information, prescriptions, and other relevant data into careerzynith systems

  • Updating and maintaining databases with new information, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Verifying accuracy of data input and correcting errors, maintaining data quality and integrity
  • Assisting in the organization and management of electronic files, ensuring efficient data retrieval and access
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and achieving operational goals

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy, ideally 40-60 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with database systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred but not required
