Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in the United States. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data within careerzynith's proprietary systems and databases. You'll work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain and update vital information, contributing to the seamless operation of one of the world's most successful companies.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data within careerzynith's proprietary systems and databases. This includes a variety of data types, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with careerzynith's established standards and protocols. Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to gather, verify, and validate data from diverse sources. Effectively communicate data requirements and updates.
  • Data Issue Resolution: Identify and investigate data discrepancies, providing effective solutions and escalating issues as needed to maintain data accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and security, adhering to strict protocols for handling sensitive information. Maintain data privacy and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data entry procedures and any changes to data standards.
  • Adherence to Deadlines: Consistently meet deadlines and manage workload effectively to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using data entry software, database management systems (e.g., SQL), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to remote teams.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn new systems quickly, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
