- Exploring the internet for information
- Preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
- Investigating reports and sheets of data
- Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Typing speed: 35+ words per minute experience required
- Communication skills: Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask effectively
- Computer skills: Competent computer skills, including:
