Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist for our Southwest Airlines Sales Analytics team, you will play a critical role in supporting account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our Examination Group to lead account-level knowledge and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The responsibilities and expectations of the Business Examination Understudy may include, but are not limited to:
- Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and careerzynith Data Sets.
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources.
- Scrutinize and design data to convert into system-compatible formats.
- Support Account Directors in meeting requests and requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and data analysis requests.
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes into actionable plans for all levels of management.
