Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry/Administrative Clerk to join our remote team and contribute to the success of careerzynith. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Administrative Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and ensuring accuracy
  • Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering data into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
  • Handling additional duties from time to time as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills
