Experienced Data Entry/Indexing Clerk – Night Shift Operations

The Role
As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images, as well as performing document classification validation, data validation, and meta-data indexing from digital documents. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and quality of our data entry processes, and will be expected to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
- Perform document classification validation of automatically classified documents
- Conduct data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
- Validate redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
- Perform manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
- Ensure quality control of documents converted to digital format
- Conduct check data validation of incoming checks
- Reconcile check batch totals
- Distribute check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer
What We're Looking For
* 1+ years of experience in high-speed data entry
- Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible
- Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards
