Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Assisting customers with setting up new accounts, resolving issues, and placing orders.
- Collaborating with the New Sales Team to convert leads into sales and provide exceptional customer support.
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments and ensuring timely resolution.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Attending regular team meetings and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in typing (50+ wpm) and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
