The Role

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that our clients receive fast, helpful, and efficient support. You'll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns

  • Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
  • Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support

Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Internet Requirements:

* Personal PC or laptop (at least i5 processor or its equivalent) with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
