Position Overview

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. You will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team focused on long-term growth and development opportunities for our telecommunication clients. Key Responsibilities

* Participate in creating engaging presentations aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins

  • Track and maintain up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders, and upgrades
  • Follow all compliance standards
  • Participate in various training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing) preferred

  • Ability to commute to our office based in Long Beach, CA (although remote work options are available)
