Job Description
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Data Entry and Management:
Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
Data Verification:
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure quality.
Research and Data Retrieval:
Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure accurate data entry.
Data Analysis:
Applying data program techniques and procedures to analyze and interpret data.
Reporting and Storage:
Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
Administrative Tasks:
Scanning documents and printing files when needed, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
Strong Computer Skills:
Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and quality.
Data Entry Speed and Accuracy:
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to think analytically and apply data program techniques and procedures.
Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information to customers.
