Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Remote Chat Agent to join our team at careerzynith. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Available Shifts and Compensation
