The Role

As a Senior Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for elevating careerzynith's presence in the sales journey. You'll lead the creative expression of our brand, owning how we appear, sound, and sell across various sales materials, including sales decks, custom proposals, and more. Your expertise will be invaluable in crafting compelling visual narratives that win hearts and budgets, and you'll work closely with sales, strategy, and creative leaders across time zones to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative expression of careerzynith in the sales journey, owning how we appear, sound, and sell across sales decks, custom proposals, and more.

• Speak with customers or guide other creative leaders in customer conversations, ensuring that our brand's narrative is consistently delivered.
• Partner with sales and strategy teams to craft compelling visual narratives and co-create solutions tailored to each customer.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative directors to bring storytelling and design excellence to sales enablement.
• Direct and refine how we present our capabilities and work in customer-facing materials, ensuring that our brand's message is clear and consistent.
• Shape brand storytelling by translating business value into visual, conceptual stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Work on multiple projects at once, often under tight timelines, without compromising craft or quality.
• Champion clarity, creativity, and ambition in every interaction, ensuring that our brand's narrative is always compelling and engaging.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• 2+ years of copywriting experience in-house or at an agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.

• A portfolio that showcases your strategic thinking, originality, and a strong sense of craft, with a clear point of view on creativity, culture, and connecting with modern audiences.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move from big picture to fine detail, with a proven background in digital and social-first campaigns.
• Experience with B2B and/or SaaS is a plus, especially for LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of the importance of storytelling in sales enablement.
• A clear point of view on creativity, culture, and connecting with modern audiences, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Interest in (or experience with) AI in the creative industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
