Job Summary:

As a Customer Data Engineer at careerzynith, you'll be part of a strong, energetic, and fast-growing global team that's shaping the future of Martech. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients' data teams across different business verticals to construct tailored data transformations and manipulations. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Data Engineer at careerzynith, your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and supporting a wide range of data transformations and migrations
• Constructing custom ETL processes: Design and implementation of data pipelines and data marts, access versatile data sources, and apply data quality measures
• Investigating data mismatches and applying solutions
• Working side by side and supporting the Customer Success teams to meet customer business needs
• Interacting with clients to understand business needs and collaborating on project scopes, planning, and execution

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish required for this role, with the ability to handle complex tasks in both languages; Portuguese is a plus
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Outstanding technical and analytical skills
• Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic
• High attention to detail with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick, self-learning capabilities and creativity in problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, familiarity with the following tools and technologies will be a plus:

• Python
• Airflow, ETL tools, Snowflake, and MSSQL
• Hands-on experience with VCS (Git)
