As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• Experience with sales and customer service software, including CRM systems
