Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor to join our remote team. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering outstanding results. You'll work closely with our team leaders and departmental leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, team productivity, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.

  • Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders, ensuring seamless operations and efficient task management.
  • Monitor in-store and online customer flow, assigning customer service-related and online order completion tasks to ensure the needs of all customers are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant competitors and industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and concerns, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Foster and encourage a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Maintain Team Member safety and security standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards.
  • Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing team and minimizes turnover.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, implementing changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Consistently communicate and model careerzynith core values, leadership principles, and support goals.

Essential Qualifications

* 12+ months retail experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team productivity.

  • Strong analysis skills, with the ability to root cause underperformance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of driving team productivity and delivering exceptional results.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online order management systems.
  • Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and customer service software.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
  • Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
  • Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Exposure to temperatures 90°F.
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience ($18.00 - $24.10).
