Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our clients via phone and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering personalized solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities

* Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service & quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues

  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that every interaction is professional, courteous, and effective
  • Stay up-to-date with product/procedural knowledge and industry trends, assessing new information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain business acumen
  • Maintain open communication lines with Team Lead/Quality Advocate/Trainer and Manager for support and personal development
  • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management, striving to exceed quality goals and deliver exceptional results
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email

Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry

  • Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality written responses
  • Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
  • Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred
  • Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools preferred (e.g., Instant Service)
  • Excellent Data Entry skills (45-55 wpm minimum)
  • Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment, with weekends and evening shifts possible
  • Vacation blackout period applies during the holiday season and promotional periods
  • Punctuality is essential

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (English & Spanish) or multilingual

  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Live chat experience
  • Call center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Customer service experience (1 year minimum)
  • Beauty or cosmetics experience (1 year minimum)

Compensation and Benefits

* $18/hour base salary, with the ability to earn a bonus based on performance

* Windows-based computer (Macbook and Chromebooks not allowed)

  • Dual monitors with 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution
  • 40 GB or more of available space on the hard drive
  • 100 GB or more of total space on the hard drive
  • 8 GB of RAM or better
  • Windows 10 Professional operating system
  • Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports
  • Minimum 45 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed internet connection
  • Hard-wired connection (no wireless/WiFi)
