As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide a first-class customer service experience in a timely manner, resolving client inquiries and concerns, and working alongside them to create a personalized experience. • Helping clients design custom solutions to fit their specific needs
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
• Managing all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery

Essential Qualifications
