Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – E-Service Chat Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
  • May assume other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience and/or training

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Essential Functions

* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $15 to $17 per hour, depending on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location. As a valued member of our team, you will also be eligible for additional rewards and incentives, including:
