We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is:

  • Proficient in using Windows 10+ and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred
  • English language proficiency required
