Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and outgoing customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Functions: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively.
• Presentation and Explanation of Fees: Present and explain fees to clients, processing payments and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Product and Service Education: Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
• Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Hospital Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the removal of animal waste and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience: You'll need to have experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pet-related industry.
