Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction targets, using your skills to resolve issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with careerzynith products and services, using your knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a high level of professionalism
