Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests related to travel. You'll act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs, while utilizing various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds.
