Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and phone support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support, troubleshooting issues, and offering product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Familiarity with careerzynith products and services (a plus), but not required
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred), but not mandatory
