The Role
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy. Your expertise will help us to optimize our content portfolio, improve our marketing efforts, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and untapped content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions
- Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
- Experience with data governance and data quality best practices
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
