Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that meet our business needs. Your primary focus will be on:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop reporting and analytic solutions that drive business decisions
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting findings to internal clients and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, create detailed reports, and perform data analysis to answer business questions
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present findings to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: + Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Reporting platform: SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages: ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages: Transact SQL + Database Knowledge: MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform: WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge: Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages: Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
