Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll design, build, and operationalize data pipelines that extract insights from complex datasets and drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data solutions, and implement scalable data architectures.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and operationalize data pipelines to make data accessible for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and services

• Collaborate with data modelers and data/BI architects to plan data pipelines and suggest continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and processing
• Plan, create, and execute ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Utilize Azure services like Azure SQL DW (Neural connection), ADLS, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory to improve and accelerate delivery of our data products and services
• Develop large data and NoSQL solutions by creating flexible data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization
• Identify, plan, and execute internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery
• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management
• Communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbally
• Perform peer reviews for other data architect's work

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies; like ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Event Hub, and other big data advancements
• 2+ years of experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing data integration procedures like event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL

Desirable Skills

* Microsoft Azure/ similar certifications

• Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development approaches
• Familiarity with the retail industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with SAP integration tools including Bodies
• Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
