Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, creating, and publishing high-quality documentation for careerzynith's Cloud Database services, including client journeys, concepts, and how-to guides for enterprise clients
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Design Leads, UX Analysts, and UI Partners to identify key client journeys and create data models that support clients through those journeys
- Working with a team of writers in the Cloud Database team to continuously refine approaches to delivering a great client experience
- Managing and prioritizing the technical writing responsibility with the help of useful partners
- Guiding and supporting other writers in the Cloud Database group
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud database documentation and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Specialized Communications or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on cloud database documentation
- Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud services
- Experience in an enterprise setting, creating technical documentation for a specialized audience, preferably for cloud services
- Proficiency in HTML or markdown, and experience in a Unix environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple tasks, and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills, with a strong drive to deliver high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud database services, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with content management systems, such as Confluence or SharePoint
- Certification in technical writing or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
