As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and developing Financial Planning Systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to our finance teams. You will have the opportunity to explore and resolve complex data issues, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data
- Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources
- Investigate and resolve data issues, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
- Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions
- Support clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
- Assist in preparing detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
- Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion
- Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization
- Collaborate with work teams to determine reporting business needs, proposing and presenting effective solutions
- Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Finance divisions
What You'll Need for Success
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field
- 2 years of work experience in a finance role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis
- Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures
- Familiarity with Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field
- Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing scientific methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations
