We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Data Operations & Insights team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven approach to talent management, providing strategic insights to drive business outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, specializing in strategic partnership and customer-driven products
- Developing a data roadmap that supports the growth, execution, and development of our talent strategy to meet business needs
- Providing actionable insights to talent partners and delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with expert recommendations
- Developing data models that are easily digestible to support the team in making informed decisions
- Identifying priorities and roadmapping unique to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources
- Enabling the talent team to become strategic advisors with the ability to directly impact business results
- Delivering consultancy, analysis, and insights, as well as self-serve tools
- Influencing leaders on leveraging available insights and powering governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field
- Strong domain knowledge in business operations and understanding of internal data ecosystems
- Experience in developing and executing talent strategies, evaluations, and insights plans
- Proven track record of delivering complex analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives
- Ability to develop scalable and repeatable suites of tools that meet business needs
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business stakeholders
- Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management
