The Team & The Role
Our team, Creative Production Innovation Management, is a group of application managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (formerly Creative Manufacturing). We drive complex tasks across Netflix and PDP groups, and we're seeking a seasoned Program Manager with experience in handling complex, moveable packages for era structures. As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing innovation packages that introduce new stories to our contributors around the world.
About You
You're a seasoned Program Manager with advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of applications that meet the innovation desires of a era platform. You're skilled at breaking down complex requirements into achievable programs, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a timely and effective way. You're a natural problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into tangible next steps.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature
- Conducting feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to deliver high-quality functions on time and within budget
- Acting as a concept partner to PDP leaders to shape early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete applications
- Partnering with Netflix Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorsing for PDP's groups via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product functions, assessments, and designs
- Working closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Innovative Teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks
- Identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance
- Controlling, planning, and tracking PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous packages
- Anticipating and planning for destiny desires and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables
