Experienced Full Stack Remote Customer Support Representative – SaaS Support and CRM

About the Role

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients when they encounter software issues. You will be responsible for:

• Providing timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other communication channels
• Resolving software issues and providing solutions to clients
• Identifying recurring software issues and suggesting improvements to our development team
• Collaborating with our development team to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong software/SaaS support experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software/SaaS support tools and platforms
• Experience with CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, and/or Confluence is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
