The Revelation Group

As part of the CEX team, the Revelation Group focuses on transforming content discovery. We aim to provide customers with an intuitive and personalized experience, empowering them to explore and engage with content that resonates with their interests. By working closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers, we continuously refine our algorithms and recommendation systems to deliver a more engaging and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support role at careerzynith, you'll play a critical part in shaping the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a technical lead for teams within the Revelation contract, ensuring the quality and design of frameworks
• Breaking down complex issues into straightforward solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Developing technical guides, defining future directions, and driving technological advancements
• Analyzing and improving data quality and metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Coaching junior engineers on cutting-edge technical matters, promoting professional growth and development

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 4+ years of experience building large-scale mobile frameworks
• Strong foundation in high-level programming languages and frameworks
• Proficiency in datastores (SQL, NoSQL) and ability to choose the right technology based on requirements
• Solid understanding of data designs, algorithms, and planning for execution
• Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML advancements
• Experience working in a fast-paced, imaginative environment, achieving stretch goals
• Strong business acumen, demonstrated ability to influence others, and sound analytical reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not required, the following qualifications and experience will be highly valued:

• Tech/B.E/Bosses or a similar degree from a reputable institution
• At least 13 years of professional experience as a backend/full stack engineer with hands-on experience building highly scalable and performant distributed frameworks
• Any experience with ML, data science, or search in B2C (e-commerce, OTT) is a plus
