Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Hybrid Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to enter alpha and numeric data, verify data for completeness and accuracy, and follow standardized procedures to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
- Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
- Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
- Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve data entry issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required
Essential Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment
- 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of data entry software and systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
