Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As an Insurance CSR, you'll provide essential customer support within the insurance domain, utilizing your foundational knowledge to address routine inquiries, policy updates, and basic problem-solving tasks. This role involves collaborating with colleagues, following established procedures, and contributing to projects. Responsibilities
