Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support and expertise to customers through live chat interactions
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to careerzynith products and services

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts at a customer's knowledge level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and excellent communication skills in text form

Compensation and Perks
