Key Responsibilities

As an IT Site Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network design and implementation, project management, and leadership of local IT support specialists
• Investigating complex technical issues, including application, hardware, and network problems
• Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets
• Collaborating with local and remote IT support specialists, team members, and operations management to provide top-notch solutions for IT issues
• Learning and working with a variety of hardware and software, including workstations, PCs, RF unit technology, network, Windows software, and more
• Adjusting the IT process and procedure for the Satisfaction Community to meet the needs set by the local Operations team

Everyday Activities

* Network design and implementation

• Project management
• Leadership of local IT support specialists
• Information cabling
• Systems organization in different software and hardware conditions
• Working closely with the organization's leaders to identify, suggest, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth

What You'll Require

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field

• 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment
• MS certifications like MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP
• Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units: Moto MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0
• Skills in areas of IT like Microsoft Network, Mobile Device Management, RF Advancements
• Advanced investigating skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment
• Broad knowledge of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Experience with Information Cabling/PC Office maintenance
• Demonstrated success in driving IT Support teams
• Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (face-to-face and through phone/radio) with peers, management, employees, and vendors
• Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Participation in an on-call support and ability to come in case of an emergency rotation
• Experience working in a SLA-driven environment
• Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Dynamic Catalog environment
• Cisco CCNA
• Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management
• Ability to manage high-priority projects
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regardless of reasonable accommodation
